Good quality easy to navigate

Your product arrived well packed and in excellent condition. As it was easy to attach to the guillotine I was soon up and running again. Its like a brand new machine! Thank you very much.

Easy to order and delivery was quick great service

After using Cathedral cash box for a few months I broke the key but luckily there was a cut number on the key and I was able to order 2 new keys from Cathedral Products,

I was shocked I was able to order new keys as it saved me as the cash box is now fully functional again

Very quick delivery and fantastic service

After a little research, I found buying the replacement blade for my paper cutter was cheaper from Cathedral even with postage than from other suppliers. I ordered the item on Monday and received it on Wednesday. An excellent service and good value for money.

In the end, the keys fitted it looked like someone had tampered with a latch, but it’s all good now and it works thank you

I had misplaced the keys to my Fire & Waterproof Box but Ellie from the Customer Services at Cathedral Products quickly advised me where I could source a replacement.

Great Service!
Replacement blade for paper trimmer arrived on time. There were instructions on how to replace it. It was a bit fiddly to replace but I managed it safely. Thank you.

Very satisfied with the product very easy to order but the price is bit high.

Quick efficient easy website and more importantly the key worked.

Sadly the wrong item was delivered. I was impressed with the speed and way the mistake was rectified by Ellie.Mistakes happen. The after service was great

No complications , ordered and delivered in no time, good service.

Fantastic service, prompt and reliable. Value for money A*

Honestly awful way too hard to replace I tried both ways but it isn't cutting at all terrible would love a refund.

The package arrived on time and I was kept well- informed via email on the progress of my order
I would suggest improved packaging as the cardboard sleeves arrived misshapen due to a flimsy envelope

On time easy to order, reasonably priced
