My order arrived in good time although, the box was squashed . The chocolates only had 2 months shelf life and the website says they do not except returns with less then 30 days shelf life. Unfortunately they were a gift of which will be out of date by November.

I received my order promptly! A candy striped beautiful box arrived. I did do an amazing review when I got order last month however I have now tweaked - accordingly-as I do think the chocolate amazing posting prompt: however the feedback and interaction is minimal from the company:, no reply to review no reply to me querying the latest promotion. ! Which is annoying -the new tik tok shop launched. Free shipping 10% off wow you think! Think again the Obars are £14.49 not £10-12 ! So sorry Catherine this is not a bargain ! You’ve added it on this has lost me ! Sorry 😔 it feels misleading. You do need to sharpen the customer service skills / product lovely tasty good ethics: personal service not great at the moment …

I brought 3 eggs for easter and each and every one of them had the extra chocolates stuck to the inside of the egg , foil covered chocolates so it made most of egg not being able to be eaten. Ive done a review on judge.me where they wanted me to review the products and i included photos. Its such a shame as the vegan chocolate tastes great but I wouldn't buy from them again. You just think as a small company they would at least replie to these claims and reach out to customers.

A fabulous concept and a fabulous brand. Chocolates are so moorish, it's difficult not to eat the entire box in one hit. Plus the fact that they are doing all the right things for the planet, the animals and those of us who are plant based for ethical or health reasons. Thank you sooooo much CO for being there.

This Feb I tried their new Little Love Box, it was a Valentine's treat. I got a top-up refill too, Snap Me (coconut one) was as good I remember from last Christmas. My order arrived in 4 days, I emailed in to check it was on the way. Catherine, herself replied. She was honest about their Valentines rush and that they were slightly understaffed, she kindly added credit to my account and then my chocolates showed up the next morning. Happy with the product and happy with the service. Female-founded and a vegan company. Great values. I read the monthly blogs, it is clear they are growing and don't have a huge amount of experience, but they are trying, and if they keep doing what they are doing, I will continue to eat their choc!

Amazing chocolate. And finally a vegan replacement for Christmas chocs like Quality Streets! My favourite chocolates are definitely the coconut one, and cookies and cream!

My only suggestion would be to consider getting rid of the lavendar and chamomile chocolate and finding something more exciting! Maybe an orange cream, malteser style, or white chocolate instead?!

I ordered a £36 tin of chocolates from Catherine’s, which unfortunately contained mouldy coconut chocolates. The taste was rancid—similar to stilton cheese—and completely unacceptable for a product of this nature and price point. However, the product quality was not even the most disappointing issue!

When I contacted Catherines, instead of offering a refund, I was given a £5 voucher to use in their store. This amount is insufficient to purchase anything and did not even begin to compensate for the spoiled chocolates. Even more concerning, I was advised to “eat around” the mouldy chocolates, which I find irresponsible and unsafe advice from a chocolatier. The email was apparently from Catherine herself and fell far below the standards I would expect from a reputable business.

These chocolates were purchased as an anniversary gift for my wife. Unsurprisingly, after tasting the spoiled chocolates, she had no interest in eating anymore of them.

I was told this was an isolated incident and that there had been no other reports of issues with the coconut chocolates, with the blame placed on possible storage near a radiator during transit. This statement was demonstrably untrue. At the time, the company’s own website displayed a notice confirming an ongoing issue with their coconut supply, stating that boxes were being shipped without coconut chocolates. Additionally, customer comments on the website included complaints about both missing coconut chocolates and rancid coconut chocolates. I took screenshots of this information, which I later used as evidence when issuing a chargeback.

After providing misleading information, Catherine’s then ceased responding to my emails entirely, leaving me no option but to open a dispute through PayPal in order to obtain a refund.

It genuinely baffles me why this situation was handled in such a dishonest and dismissive manner, when a simple refund would have resolved the matter quickly and professionally. Instead, I was forced to spend considerable time and effort pursuing a resolution.
This experience reflects very poorly on the company’s integrity and customer care. Based on this, I would not purchase from Catherine’s again, nor would I feel comfortable consuming or recommending any of their products.

Ordered just before Christmas my hamper arrived 23rd December. All perfect exactly as described.

The O bars are just to die for.

The Mrs Claus figures were thick unbroken and tasty.

Of course the selection tin was full of variety, no sign of single flavours etc.

I always give small businesses the benefit of the doubt at Christmas, you can't sxpect these guys to churn stuff out like Amazon. It's a small company making unique chocs for a relatively small audience.

We've ordered several times and everything was 100% every time.

I've got the smaller selection box hidden away for Mother's day hehehe.

From good to very bad. From the start of this business was very attentive, a young entrepreneur funded by a grant, what’s not to love . I had lots of happy orders received by several of us but as of early December very Poor customer service . ignores emails and doesn’t address complaints. Be careful because you won’t get what’s described . £25 advent calendar completely full of strawberry creams. Meant to be a variety selection , instead my lovely friend paid for a glorified patterned eye catching box ( advent) the chocolates inside were absolutely disappointing flavours. It’s like she thought how can we get rid of these strawberry creams . Disgraceful after sales. Too busy posting their Christmas party on Facebook. Trading standards notified . Company is the talk of many vegan groups at the moment . I’m afraid this company won’t last long with such poor customer service. Come on Catherine’s address your complaints!!

I placed an order. Within 24 hours I got a 'your order has been dispatched' and a tracking number.

I contacted them a week later, no response.
I contacted them again as I was about to go on holiday for 2 weeks and I didn't want the order sat there. I had an email from Catherine herself saying they hadn't even made the chocolate so not to worry. No apology.

I pointed out this wasn't good enough, it was already a ridiculous wait with no information, but that is also had a delivery notification and tracking number. Again no apology, just a 'the system does that automatically once we accept the order'. I pointed out that maybe they should change it, and that an apology would have been nice. I still never received one, not for the lies, or the terrible service.

Dreadful. Id avoid like the plague.

But very disappointed with the advent calender the inside packaging had all slipped so inside some of the doors were no chocolate
I ended up opening it up and taking all the chocolates out!

Lovely vegan chocolate from a small business. I could not tell the difference from major brands, great quality. I ate one bag of wonky caramel buttons all at once because they were so nice.
