Catrín is not a scam. We are a Welsh-founded brand, and that heritage is genuinely at the heart of everything we do. Like many brands across a wide range of industries, our products are manufactured and shipped from overseas, this is clearly outlined on our website. We understand this may not have met your expectations, and we're always looking at how we can make this clearer before purchase.

We're glad you found the product to be of a reasonable quality, we think that speaks to the care and attention we put into every piece. We carefully source premium marble and stand behind what we sell. To clarify, Catrín is a Welsh-founded brand and that heritage is central to who we are. Our products are shipped from outside the UK, which is outlined on our website, but we understand this may not have been obvious enough, and we're always working to make that clearer.
