The day before my items were due to be delivered I was emailed twice to tell me 2 of the 5 items were now out of stock and a refund will be sent in due course.
I haven't tried the delivered items yet but. Unfortunately I shan't be using this company in the future.

Great fish 5 star , although the delivery people had trouble finding the address no fault of caught and delivered,but got everything still frozen and well packed.

Well ; I ordered some Salmon & 4 a Moment thought I'd ordered "Salmon EnCroute" Then I realised That was just a recipe Suggestion !! Haha ; Probably confused everyone ; They were delivered to the door , which is great .
My daughter Cooked them and everyone found them delicious..

Excellent customer service from Monica, she saved the day by asking a simple question regarding my delivery date, oops I’d ticked on the wrong week for delivery THANK YOU MONICA 🙏🏽 packaging and delivery just perfect 👌🏽 quality of the smoked trout was outstanding, large beautiful expertly filleted and amazingly tasty.

Terrible. Waste of money, ridiculous delivery fee & didn’t deliver in time let along track the order. Final nail is the sub par - no level of customer service to put it right.

The prawn burger was truly lovely. I am just so sorry that the environmental cost is too great in getting the prawn burgers to me is too great. Polystyrene and a chemical freezer bag for 5 burgers delivered from 150 miles away just does not work for me. The burgers were beautiful.

This company says it exists to champion the UK fishing industry. I have just received farmed salmon from Norway whereas before it has come from Scotland. There was no mention of it coming from Norway when I ordered it so I am stuck with it. It is dishonest and I will not be ordering from these people again.

Halibut was nice and fresh.
Haven't tried the rest yet but they look OK.
Delivered on time.

Some of the separate fish are frozen together and can’t be separated without defrosting. Not good for single customers.
