Good delivery well frozen only tried the crab pasties so far, they were utterly tasteless, couldn't taste crab at all and the pastry awful. Hope the rest of the order is better!

However badly let down by delivery 5 days from order to delivery is bad
I can get the cane quality and same price as well a fresh fish from an outlet in Devon with guaranteed delivery next day on orders over £50

I’ve had 2 deliveries so far. Both arrived promptly via a very pleasant driver. Well frozen. The quality and size of the fillets are good. In particular, enjoyed the tuna which I managed to actually cook properly! I’m loathe to buy fish or meat from supermarkets and although we have a great fishmonger locally, they seem to cater for the holiday home market and are priced accordingly.

Did is delivered quickly and is frozen and ready to go in the freezer. Excellent quality fish, very large portions, especially the haddock. Would definitely recommend over supermarket or other online fishmongers

Crab pasties were absolutely top notch. Brilliant.

Lack of an idea of delivery time is annoying e.g. even AM or PM or 4 hour slot would be helpful especially as tracking doesn’t work.

The product is good but the delivery is very poor. When checking out one is forced to select a delivery date, but this means nothing. Rarely the order arrives on the selected delivery date, no one gets in touch to say it will be delivered on another date and it just turns up. This company needs to sort out its delivery process.

Great quality fish delivered on the scheduled date and packed well to ensure fish was kept frozen.

First order with Caught and Delivered and they did not disappoint. Ordering online was easy, the products are far superior to what I can get in the supermarket and the range is fantastic. The quality is exceptional and all packaged in freezer packs, arrived swiftly and safely with everything still frozen, went straight into the freezer. We did try the prepped meals, easy to prepare, the salmon in ginger sauce, simple quick and full of flavour, and the cod in mushroom sauce a must, was very delicious and so easy for something quick and healthy. I will definitely be ordering again! Thanks

Products are of high quality as experienced from past deliveries. However lack of a means of tracking delivery or even an advice of anticipated date and time of delivery meant days of waiting at home as I didn’t want to risk frozen goods being delivered without being able to place immediately in a freezer.

Friendly customer service, a delicious nutritious and quality product ready to eat in 20 minutes.

Delivery from order took too long.
Other than that it was the same as always - good food. Not sure if the business has been sold or just changed name.
