I had hit a wall and it was doing me no favours. Cino totally turned my life around. He is a cheerful, calming, kind and good natured man who has mastered his craft to the highest level. I didn't think it would work on me but the results were beyond all my expectations. I walked out of the session feeling on top of the world. I 100% recommend visiting Cino for any concern you have, be it a fear of something, perhaps you want to quit a bad habit or, like me, there's a barrier in your mind that you want to overcome. It is not often I leave reviews, but in this instance I feel it is very well deserved and I am very grateful for the professional, caring and effective service from CB Hypnotherapy.

I have been seeing Cino for six months now and he has been wonderful, I would not hesitate to recommend his services at all.

Cino's expert help was not only pin-point accurate but can also help you understand exactly what your problems are and why they are happening.

I was pretty sceptical about hypnotherapy but discovered very quickly that it is a fantastic form of meditation that seems to have reprogrammed my natural reactions to things around me. Really weird, I cant explain it, but it just works.

Cino is incredibly calming, relaxed, understanding and a true gent.
