I ordered a Foo Fighters 2CD set about a year ago and still haven't received the CD or a email telling me what's going on although my money was taken. Patiently I guess I wait.

I 5-star reviewed Alex’s company a year ago but something’s happened with his thing. Like the more recent reviews, I’d initially had zero contact but the CDs turned up so I was a very happy customer. I cautiously experimented with one CD (Devastation’s Idolatry, a hard to find without silly money classic!) and all was well. And so I dropped a few hundred bucks on classic thrash and death metal that was really hard to come by. So it was a full 5 star experience from a nerd collector don’t-need-no-conversation point of view. So I dropped a few hundred more earlier in the year, 16 CDs a-waitin’, mostly focused on a late-life Finnish death metal obsession (no-one told me??!!). But this year something’s gone wrong in Alexland. I did actually get a reply. A very cryptic reply. He said he would be able to explain everything soon. Weird. So I did start to get worried for the guy. I mean Belarus surely ain’t no party, it ain’t no disco, it ain’t no fooling around. Anyway, I shoot the guy a ‘hey’ or a ‘hey man, ruok?’ email every few weeks. As some of the recent reviews said, stuff can just turn up out of the blue. I’ll wait a bit longer. Hey, Alex! Mate, are you ok there??!!!

PS. Just checked, the website’s been updated as of July 22nd to say that US shipping has resumed. So there’s some lifeform active on Planet CD4BUY.

Essendo un cliente oramai da anni (sono tantissimi gli ordini che ho fatto) è un ottimo store. Nei "pro" ci sono sicuramente i prezzi e le spese di spedizione davvero bassi. Forse non tutti comprendono che si compra dalla Russia prodotti "repliche" delle versioni originali (è da considerare bene questo aspetto) che per quanto mi riguarda risultano fatte bene. Non ho mai avuto problemi ad eccezione di una sola volta dove sono stato prontamente rimborsato.
Gli unici "contro" sono il non aggiornare sempre lo status dell'ordine in "spedito" (che può dare ansia) e non sempre viene rilasciato il "codice di tracciatura" della spedizione dove il cliente può regolarsi meglio sui tempi di consegna. Se si contatta, si riceve sempre una risposta, gentile & chiara. Le tempestiche sono lunghe per la distanza, ma sopratutto per via delle restrizioni post-covid e guerra. Bisogna essere calmi ed aspettare con pasienza (un mese o qualcosina in più) per l'arrivo di un pacco. Di recente spedisce solo due volte al mese; spostandosi in Polonia per evitare blocchi e problemi. Non ho mai pagato spese doganali, mai truffato, mi ritengo 9 volte su 10 soddisfatto.

Shall we give the rating a bit of a boost. Firstly let's get rid of the obvious elephant in the room. There's no customer service, non, zero. Secondly if you want a physical copy, a Compact Disc, of an extremely rare album, he might have that particular treat waiting just for you. Time hangs heavy, the hours arduous as the minutes slowly dissolve into the dust of time, while waiting for your packet to arrive. But when that day finally comes, all your troubles subside and freedom conquers your mind. So in conclusion, if the waiting part isn't overbearing, it's well worth it.

První Cd přišlo po měsíci od objednání a druhé objednané již ne. Po skoro půl roce nemám ani zboží ani peníze, prostě nic.

06.05.2026 edit: out of the blue CD arrived, but there was no contact at all

14.02.2026 I've bought 1 CD (paid via mastercard). Now it's 14.03.2026 still no cd no contact (Ive tried many times to contact them, no response) and order is still "processing".

Product not received. No response. No information.

Money taken, no product received, no response

Nearly a month & still processing order. Zero happening. Emailed, messaged via site, sent ebay message & Facebook message.
NO RESPONSE AT ALL

I'm very dissapointed. After buying on April 18th (order 4237), CD was shipped (or not) after 4 weeks (!!!!!!) and the worst is it never arrived. After contacting store on June 15th I got no response. I suggest all of you avoiding this store!

Fast shippping from Belarus, cds arrived Dec 5th, both cds cases were in plastic sleeves, the cds were wrapped in heavy cardboard for extra protection to prevent damage in shipping. I would buy from this website again.

This Company IS LEGIT!!.....Shipping is just slow as Hell.....Took him a week to ship my CD and then Belarus to NC Took about a Month.....

It looks a bit shady, but it's legit. A bit expensive, but they have what others don't.
