Beware, this store is a TOTAL SCAM. Stay away and don't give them your money. The worst experience I have had with online purchases in my life.

After several weeks waiting for my order, I received a very low quality jacket that did not match the material (it is 95% polyester and 5% cotton as per the label and not suede as per the store's description) or colour (I ordered it in black and received a grey one). Bad fit with very wide sleeves with no buttons and overall the lowest manufacturing quality control I have seen in any clothes. Totally disappointed. I would not accept such a bad quality item even if it was for free. Pure garbage.

I sent the store an email to return and get a refund. I received a couple emails from them wanting for me to accept a partial refund of 10% and then 20% or getting credit for purchases at their store (really? to be scammed again?).

I mentioned I wanted to return the item for a full refund, so they gave me an address in China and the shipping cost quotes were between $92 (CP) and $200 (UPS/DHL). This would easily turn into a more costly scam than it already was, so I had to send an email to accept the miserable 20% refund (which took close to 3 weeks to get).

I would not recommend this store or their products to anyone as it is a total and organized scam waiting for you to fall for their false advertisement and then steal your money. I reported them to the BBB.

Complete scam of a company. Trousers purchased are poorly made, cheap fabric and horrific customer service. Even though it states in their policy and on the site “free returns no questions asked” they fight you all the way offering a fractional refund at best. No sign of a shipping label no matter how many evidential images of the faults and screen shots of stated returns promises you send.
29 emails later they left me no choice but to report a fraudulent transaction to my credit card company.

Horrible. Doesn’t look anything like the photo. I ordered the black blazer dress in a small. I received a medium and it is way, way too big on me. The smell is horrible. Musty, nasty smell. The material is so cheap I would be embarrassed to wear this dress to the function I bought it for. Definitely not worth the money I spent on it. Not impressed. I am hoping to get a full refund without a hassle. I will update once I receive response about a refund.

The quality of the "leather" boots I ordered is laughable. They are made of a flimsy, fake leather material and the design is completely different than what is advertised online, AND they are the wrong size. To make things worse, they say they'll only refund me the cost of the boots if I pay more than $100 to send them back to China. I am extremely dissatisfied and have no idea how this company is still in business.

I ordered a men’s overcoat from Cecole, but the item I received was not as described. The material and quality were significantly different from what was shown on the website.
At the time of purchase, their website clearly stated a 30-day return policy with free return shipping. However, when I contacted them, they refused to provide a prepaid return label and instead offered only a partial refund.
When I followed up and asked them to honor their stated policy, I later noticed that the return policy on their website had been changed.
Since no proper return solution was provided, I had to file a chargeback through my bank.
Overall, very disappointing experience. I would recommend taking screenshots of policies before purchasing.

After 10 emails, pics sent in, this company shipped me a linen XL dress shirt that was supposed to have a bust of 46.5” it had 38”. The website says full refund if they make the mistake. Well, that’s a lie.
It escalated to whomever in China and what’s there resolution? Sending me ANOTHER shirt. I insisted on a refund so many times as per their site and I’ve already replaced it. Thank god it fit my sons best friend. This is a brutal company DO NOT order from them such a huge risk.

My experience with Cecile is very bad. The quality is trash. They are literally scamming people. Don’t recommend them.

I was lowkey nervous ordering because I wasn’t sure how the material would feel. Turns out it’s really soft and sits nicely without feeling stiff. The photos online were actually accurate, which is rare these days. Delivery wasn’t instant but support kept me updated so I didn’t stress. Would def order again.

I wasn’t 100% sold when I placed the order but I’m glad I did. The quality is better than I expected for thee, especially the stitching. It fits nicely and doesn’t cling in weird places. Delivery took an extra day and i was kinda impatient lol. Still happy with everything.
