Awful return policy
Awful return policy. Returned boots to local CEF shop.
No receipt as staff said that the code system was so slow, it would not register the return for 24hrs. They suggested I kept the delivery note but did not write an acknowledgment of the drop off.
They said I should just get refunded back into my bank account in a few days.
It has now been 4 working days and I have not received an email regarding the return.

First class service
First class service. Some items needed were not available in store and staff helped with online ordering which was delivered promptly next day to the store of my choice. The staff were brilliant and very knowledgeable and the products very competitively priced. Definitely use them again.

Cable delivery
From start to finish the process was easy and quick. The communication was fantastic and delivery was exceptional.
The driver was polite and courteous.

Best branch in Wales. Very knowledgeable and welcoming staff, always helpful and reasonable on prices. Definitely recommend and the new branch looks amazing!

Great products, poor service.
Great variety of products and reasonable prices but when I went in to store to collect my order I was left waiting (with others) like we didn’t exist. pretty poor service really made us all feel unwelcome.

CEF - fantastic service, fantastic staff
Always have fantastic service from Tom and Richie at Caerphilly. Helpful, reliable, do as exactly as promised.
CEF 99% of the time have exactly what I need, when I need it. Deliveries are reliable and straight forward, website is also extremely good. All round great company to deal with.

Sending us invoices that don’t belong to us and still not been credited.
Also £9 for a 3m length of galv conduit.
Probably use CEF sparingly during 2024.

CEF Caerphilly - The Big Cheese?
Have been using CEF Caerphilly for the past year or so. Rich, Tom and the team always go beyond the call of duty whether it be searching for a replacement of a redundant or discontinued product for compliancy or simply grabbing a few parts for a job. Quotes are always rapid, account is always bang on.
Personable, punctual, on time and competitive prices. What else could you want to run a small (or large) business? Plus the coffee machine always works!
