Received returned / used goods!
I had 2 issues. My total order came to around £300. One of the items was not available for collection so it was to be posted.
Issue 1: Even though my order was £300 i still got charged delivery! It should have been free delivery for orders over £50. I should have made them post all the heavy heavy cabling I bought and then it would have been free!
Issue 2: The external meter case I bought was blatantly used / return as cut outs and holes for incoming cables had already been made. I didn’t open the meter box packaging till the next day and it was too late to return as the meter company were on site to install the meter. I had to use the used one with the random cut outs on the top. Doesn’t look good at all.
Not impressed at all overall
