Great to have a proper electrical factor available on a Saturday and a great selection of parts. Email comms with the store direct was also of great use.

I would suggest the only improvement would be on the CEF internal software as the process to do a cash sale and also returns is rather slow.

Bought cable for collection as I needed it before the weekend. Went through to Aberdeen once I got confirmation that it was ready to collect. Got through there and gave order code to staff waited around 20 mins to be told they didn’t have it in stock and apologised. Went home and ordered it for delivery it arrived on the Monday.

Timely delivery, fifth star would have been awarded if all the materials had came in one shipment

2 wrong sized items supplied on internet order but replaced after phoning local depot, though took several days to replace due to lack of local depot staff.

Delivery was fine but came on a day not specified and had to make a return visit other than that good.

Customer service at Dyce branch was first class.

Purchased a pull switch that was out of stock at many other retailers.

Needed D Curve triple pole breaker, had in stock

As always local branch (Stewart) was very helpful in giving me information required and ordering was quick and simple and items arrived quickly. As always a good local store good staff. Ordering on line when having information quick and easy.
