Fuse size, not amps but actual fit I'm sure a large wall chart would help.
Good staff, had a fuse issue,needed a larger fuse tor a new pool heatpump,unable to find a larger fuse for my fuse holder, so purchased a new fuse holder to find the the first fuse purchased did not fit, back again for another fuse, good this time, it would help if a fuse holder came with a fuse, got there .

Great customer service. The radiator we ordered was delivered to the wrong address..... which was completely our fault, Despite it not being their mistake CEF re-visited the incorrect address, retrieved the radiator and delivered it to us, all on the same day! Fantastic

Staff really went out of their way to help.
Order fulfilled extremely fast.
Went above and beyond to help when I had a problem with the item and put me in touch with the manufacturer who were able to fix it at no extra cost.

Great customer service!
Great customer service from my local store in Horsham. They didn't have the item I wanted in stock, but it was available to order online. I needed some more information about the product before ordering and Tony was extremely helpful. He also pointed out that I could return any item to the Horsham store if I wasn't happy with it - fortunately I was!
