I had to chase to ascertain if my goods…poor communications
I had to chase to ascertain if my goods were ready for collection. Apparently they had been delivered several days earlier but CEF did not bother telling me, neither could I track the parcel.
When I went to the branch the sales assistant could not find the parcel, he thought I made a mistake and I showed him email advising goods were ready for collection. Eventually he found the parcel. Not happy with service.
