I purchased Fireangel Smoke Alarms for my house, unaware that the version sold by CEF did not include the RF Module which links them all together. I contacted the support desk who advised there were a number in stock, which I duly ordered and paid more delivery, One arrived and was faulty and after further contact with the help desk, I was. Advised to take it in to a local store for exchange. On arrival at the store the staff member was less than helpful and suggested I should return the faulty part to the web store. I advised I had been told to bring the faulty unit in. Staff then checked and surprisingly stated they had none in stock so I would have to return it to the online store. The Help Desk had already checked stock at the store before I attended and unless they had sold over 200 in an hour, I had reason to believe I was being sold a dummy. Another member of staff came to help and told me the RF Modules were in another part of the store and quickly retrieved one from for my exchange which was completed without any further hassle.

Great service from counter staff. Product was a little late due to courier. They called on receipt of order and spent time discussing other products

Good and flexible service with my first 2 orders placed with this Company. The flexibility of delivery to your premises or to their extensive branch network was ideal for me. Collection at their local store was efficient with no issues. Goods were appropriately packaged and correct.
Will have no hesitation in using again.
