The whole team at CEF Parkway are all very helpful, on this occasion, Mark was the man.
Everyone seems pleased to see you when you walk in, and they are always happy to help, whowever stupid my questions are.

Ordered some insulation boards delivered to local CEF branch. Got a call to say they were delivered the next morning and picked them up with no hassle.

Cef offered the best price, ordering was simple and I received a phone call from a very polite staff member shortly after ordering as a fraud precaution.
Item was delivered next day as promised.
Great experience, will use Cef again without doubt.

I put on a special notification for the company to phone me when it was delivered as I was desperate for the item. When I didn’t get a phone call I tracked the order and found that it was delivered at lunch time on the Friday. I had to wait until Saturday morning to pick it up ( still no phone call ).

Easy and safe to order online. Quick delivery and well packaged.

When one of our electricians went to pick up the item he was told it was not there even though it was ordered 2 days before with next day delivery.
I called the store and the guy said the item had not been delivered yet but was due in that morning and he advised he woould call once it had come in.
I heard nothing and called back 4 hours later to be told by someone else that the item actually arrived the day before... when I asked how this had happened and explained it had pushed our work back for the day I was just told it must have been missed, really unproffessional.

I came across CEF when looking for some SWA cable. Price was as good as anywhere else I looked. Really good range of products. Got everything I needed in the one place and free delivery as well. Excellent

Ordered this as a replace. Website information was good enough for me to make an informed decision. Fitted part like for like and it solved the issue. Slightly disappointed that original unit only lasted 2 years. Well packaged and fast delivery
