The web site gave all the info I needed to decide on the type of heater to buy. Easy purchase & prompt delivery service. Although I did believe that the unit was coming from our local outlet, but was delivered from 200+ miles away. Not an issue, just my perception of where it was coming from (from the local store web page) turned out to be wrong.

I ordered some LED tubes and mistakenly gave the wrong size for one of the tubes. When the tubes were delivered I realised my mistake and called the store. The person I spoke to was very helpful and the replacement was delivered the next day. CEF are excellent to deal with in my opinion.
