useful device, poor support and customer service
I've been using the Cefaly device for 2+ months, and it has given me some minor relief for my chronic migraines. I'm grateful for even minor relief at this point!
My experience with the company itself has been less positive. I signed up for a Cefaly coaching session on their website, but nobody ever called me. I emailed the regulatory email address listed on their website to report some side effects and received two auto-replies -- one stating they were out of the office until Jan 29 (for reference, I wrote my email on May 14) and one stating they were no longer with the company. I signed up for a subscription for electrodes in April that vanished and had to sign up again a month later. It does not give me confidence in Cefaly's management as a company.
On the upside, the new app (Cefaly app) is MUCH better than the old one (the CeCe app).
