Avoid they lie Sell Unusable Gaming PC computers that don’t work for gaming as Advertised. Worst Customer Service Experience I have ever had with a Company and I lost £190 of my money because they lie to you shameful.

Purchased a used PDA online for a very competitive price, it arrived promptly but would not power on or charge. Contacted the vendor who said they would replace it, which they did with another device which works perfectly. Really good customer service and very good value. I would definitely recommend this vendor despite the initial faulty device.

Excellent communication and highly trustworthy. Puts matters right immediately if there is a problem.

Ordered Mac Super Drive, arrived quickly but had a fault. Returned and they replaced and the drive supplied works perfectly. Correspondence while returning faulty drive and arranging replacement was very quick and helpful.
Would have no reservations of using them in the future.

I ordered a new and boxed keyboard- it was faulty and Cerebrum immediately assisted in returning the item and sending a new and working item. I was very happy with their speed and assistance- would defiantly use again

Very happy with the customer service, the computer was fine for the first year then had an issue,l. I contacted the company and they asked me to send the PC to them which I had to pay postage for but they fixed it free of charge and all is working well again now.

Only received one lead for dual monitor was looking to see what I needed to get as the screens are not HDMI

Wow search online really great customer service/ aftercare. I’m a CS manager and this has really shocked me no wonder CS staff are getting slagged off left right and centre won’t be coming to you for an upgrade or further help and definitely won’t be recommending you which I have been doing

Had a small issue with a lead I bought but, after mentioning it to them they proceeded to replace it very quickly and answered any issues I mentioned with haste.

I bought a keyboard from this company on eBay. The keyboard wasn’t quite what I wanted, but they were very quick to allow me to swap it for another one. Excellent customer services and both products were in excellent condition and packed really well. Very impressed and I can highly recommend them.

Ordered an Apple Magic Keyboard from their eBay store. Although it was used it arrived looking like new, and at half the price of a new Magic Keyboard it was an absolute bargain.

Website makes them look a shady outfit but not the case, (sort your website out lads ;-)) Super fast and item in good condition as stated. Would use again. Losing a star for only 3 month warranty which is out of kilter which other sellers who offer 12 months- at least offer 6. very happy overall :-)
