I get data sheets with my quotes.This rules out any misunderstanding with my customer when I pass them on. The order confirmations that I receive are clear, concise and accurate. When we collect from the factory in Rochester, the process is quick and easy. On the very rare occasion that there is an issue, people are extremely reactive and positive. The situation is always resolved incredibly quickly. It is very rare that I can say all of these things about a supplier. Cellecta always make me feel that my business is appreciated.
