Poor sound quality. Whereabouts of manual?
Just bought a model CS19WS01T ( copied from enc leaflet). Sound quality is very poor, far inferior to small TV it has replaced. Would like to research the online manual, but it does not seem to exist for this model.

Brought TV six months ago
Brought TV six months ago. Had issues turning on. Contacted cello on a Tue, they picked it up on Thur. And returned it repaired and working perfectly by the Wed of the next week, which was after may bank holiday. So absolutely outstanding customer service .

If there was a 0 star I would press that, worst place to work, no team work whatsoever get spoken to with no respect, not allowed to talk when others clearly are, favouritism clearly going on. Disgraceful management, never got shown a tour of factory upon starting, no induction, no one told me where the fire assmebly point was, which is crucial to know in any factory. Everyone seems to hate each other there’s no respect whatsoever, too much pressure on all new agency comers just for them to be sacked off a few month later when work is low. Just another number in here, maybe if the managers were changed or trained more and knew how to treat their employees the company would be ran better and work would flow a lot smoother. Overall do not recommend working there whatsoever! Even the good pay is definitely not worth it!
Fantastic product, design and durability.
My 50' TV arrived today.
It is very good design, easy to use menu, easy to use remote control, excellent sound and screen quality.
Delivered the next day after order. From now on our household electronics brand is Cello and Ferguson.
Very pleased with the product. And it is made in UK.

My Cello smart tv seems to do exactly as it likes.
Sound works o.k. for a couple of days and then suddenly Nothing.
Reboot entire set i.e. pull out the mains plug, wait about 3min and then try again.
Back comes the sound. With luck it might last for an entire week!
It has rejected the new ITVX hub twice,quoting something about a manufactures license not being in place.
Cello 24 inch TV C2420FS
Bought a Cello 24 inch TV as the option has Satellite which is useful as the local DTV is poor, the EPG isn't great but may be fixable once I sort the available channels from the rubbish. But the sound quality is appalling its like listening to a speaker in a metal box, have had to hook up an old speaker to the audio output to cut out the TV speakers

We purchased a 12volt/240 volt tv for our motorhome, but the sound quality is dreadful, even when set at 100,vthe highest setting, you can hardly hear the dialogue, so poor, my ipad knocks out 10 times the amount of sound

Poor picture
Purchased the 20” smart tv as Cello is one of very few manufacturers making small tv’s now.
Customer service very good and helpfull, can’t say the same for DHL, who delivered to wrong address and a week later than indicated on delivery advise text.
The actual tv quality was very poor.
Field of view not good at all. If you have screen too high or low the colour is so dark you can’t see the picture. The picture can’t be properly seen other than viewed from straight in front. Sound quality also poor.
Very disappointing.

Bought Cello C43Sfs4K 43” three and a half years ago.
I chose it mainly because it was a British manufactured TV and seemed to have useful facilities.
We are now truly fed up of it!
Last year we added a Firestick as we could not update the Apps on the so-called Smart TV.
The terrestrial side randomly stops working, sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for ever and needs several reboots taking 5 minutes or more and is getting worse.
I cannot, in good conciense, recommend this TV

Cello 24 inch Smart TV
Cello 22 inch Non Smart TV, Brilliant, Cello 16 inch Non Smart TV, Brilliant, Cello 24 inch Smart TV DUMB. The most useless implementation ever. Won't connect to Wifi won't just play files from a drive or stick. You have to go mining through the menus to get anywhere and it is SLOW. Bought it to replace their 22in Non Smart which was the least smart thing I could have done. Sold the Smart TV on EBay. Good riddance.

After buying a mother board it didn't work I asked for advice and sent a stick. This worked I am so great full to the lady on the phone she was so helpfull and went into detail to get my tv going so great full I am proud to be the owner of a cello British made TV. When my othertvs break I will be buying cello thank you again. X
If you want a premium TV, pay premium prices. This works for me.
I bought the Cello C4020DVBT2 40" Full HD TV about a year ago. For the price it is decent enough. I did have to adjust the colours bring them to a more lifelike state but it's been working happily since.
The sound quality is terrible but I think that's more a case of the tech and the thin size doesn't allow for a great sound. I have seen more expensive TVs with similar problems. I have a small sound bar which resolved that problem for me.
Apart from that, I have no issues, it does what I want it to do.
Dreadful smart TV
Dreadful smart TV, don't buy. We have to keep turning and off at the wall to restart as the processor keeps freezing. This sometimes happens seconds into turning back on. Avoid.
32 inch TV 2019 Sheep in Wolf's Clothes
I bought their 32 inch TV in 2019 at a very fair price.
I'm still watching it and works really quite good with a decent picture.
For the money I paid I feel it's well worth it and see pictures with less life like colours for more money.
It's a standard TV with no smart facilities so nothing to mention there
However it's let down is the sound quality, not just awful, it's annoying, the tone is so plasticy and tinny and with very little frequency range. But using the headphone socket to power a decent mini speaker, or home amplifier it sounds great. But really should we have to do that in the age we live, after all a 1950s Bush TV sounded better !
On the bright side it's still doing well after over 3 years use.
Before I end, another fault is the recording schedule. It records onto a USB stick ok via a timer schedule you can set up. But it randomly looses the programmes, why why why !!
It also crashes when changing the TV source such as from USB back to DTV.
Once you get acquainted to this TV, you begin to realise why it's cheap. Like a British Leyland car painted in nice bright colours... Made in Britain

I bought a Cello traveller tv. Don't make the same mistake as me, spend your money on another brand. The sound is terrible and the remote control is a hit or miss experience. All in all it's a pile of rubbish.

I have had a Cello 32" TV for over a year. Can't recall the make and model. It's a solid tv, Google TV has improved since last year. I previously had a 50 inch lg TV and downsized as I don't want a TV dominating my lounge.
Solid TV, adequate sound, picture good enough. If you want 8k and Dolby Atmos go elsewhere. But it's a solid TV for the price.
Cello ZG0223 TV
After buying a cello TV I find I'm no lover of Android TV's as there's far too many recommendations and self advertised apps to join - if you pay.
The USB won't recognise a plug in hard drive rendering the recording of Freeplay useless. I've got more settings on my iron than on this TV. Google play is one big advert! I was surprised to see that the memory is only 2K I've got a Chinese box with far more memory and far less price.
But the company itself is very good with excellent, quick customer support, a pity they don't update thier firmware to allow buyers better choices.
So Very Please with my 14" rechargeable TV
I have had a small Sony 7" TV next to my bedside for years . We have a 42" TV in the bedroom but it tends to disturb my husbands sleep and I do not sleep easily. I looked on the internet for a rechargeable small TV as my Sony is now not working properly and we do tend to get power cuts quite regularly at night so rechargeable fits the bill. All I could find were TVs made in China with names I had never heard of THEN I found The Ferguson Cello site. I ordered the 14" TV on the 5th Oct 22 and it arrived the next day, wow!! I unboxed it and tuned it in and I have to say I am so far really impressed. Great sound, great picture and a real sized remote, not like the tiny remote on my Sony (I am in my 60s). Their website didn't make it obvious that it had a remote so I emailed them to double check and within 12 hours I received a response from Sue in customer service to confirm it did. Old fashion service that is hard to find these days. I am 100% happy, a British company with old fashion service, well done and thank you.
Worst tv we have ever had
Worst tv we have ever had, works when it feels like it! Bought if for breakfast room but think would be better in the bin! Waste of money!
