This is a tough one to write....
I've used cell peptides a few times now. Always grateful for the vial of bac water or acetic acid they occasionally send for free. Always been happy with the product and the relatively good speed of delivery. No.complaints at all but....

Just received my latest delivery. 3 vials put loosely inside about a 6 inch square bubble wrap bag and had obviously been banging about for a very long journey. Who knows whether the peptide inside is still viable! What's the point of me taking extra care my end if the product has already been destroyed before it arrives! Doesn't take much to tape the outside of the bag to stop the vials banging into each other!!!

I placed an order for five peptides and when the package arrived, I noticed one vial was missing. I was honestly expecting a long back-and-forth, but that didn’t happen. I sent them a message and got a reply pretty quickly. They checked it, admitted the mistake, and shipped the missing one the next day. Once it was handed to FedEx, it showed up literally the following day. That kind of turnaround says a lot about how they handle issues.

There was a small delivery delay at first due to a third-party issue,but customer service handled everything perfectly.After contacting them,I received my package within 24 hours
