USE CAUTION WITH THIS COMAPNY
I am extremely disappointed with this company on multiple levels. The VPN app they developed, in my opinion, does not work at all. It's baffling how the technical team, who are supposed to be geniuses, lack even basic addition and subtraction skills. Their communication has been terrible, and their customer support has been nonexistent for the past three months. I've encountered numerous red flags that have made me lose trust in them.
To make matters worse, despite being an affiliate and driving customers to their platform, I have not received any payment. The app itself is riddled with flaws and inaccuracies. After being ignored and unpaid for three months, I turned to Google for help. I provided Google with full access to the platform to prove my case of theft and fraud. However, the developers failed to communicate within the three-day window and, instead, kicked me off the platform and blocked me on social media. As a result, I have incurred a loss ranging from $280 to $1,500 due to their inaccurate ledger.
Having received no assistance from Google or any empathy from the developer, I have resorted to sharing negative feedback instead of positive advertising. They owe me money, and their customer support has deteriorated from text chat to email, and now to complete silence and blocking. I have demonstrated to Google that their VPN is not legitimate, as I was able to set up two VPNs on the same device, and their app malfunctioned. Even when I broke my phone, the VPN still generated returns. Customer support eventually allowed me to switch the app to another phone. Unfortunately, Google doesn't seem concerned about this issue.
Since the company has shown no interest in compensating me for my time, as an affiliate marketer and a single stay-at-home parent, I have plenty of spare time to dedicate to accurate negative advertising for this company. They have earned their negative reputation by stealing, lying, ignoring, and blocking me. Despite not being a mathematician, as a former 27-year chef, I can confidently say that basic addition and subtraction are beyond their capabilities.
I hope this review reaches the company, and I hope it serves as the first warning others see about them, especially on this platform. If these guys respond, it would truly surprise me at this point. If you decide to use their services, I strongly advise keeping a close eye on your ledger and verifying whether their product delivers as promised, which, in my experience, it did not.
