The staff were amazing so helpful especially Tracey who is definitely in the right job. Her compassion and thoughtfulness was just what I needed to cope with a very difficult time. At no time were we rushed when we came to see my husband and on the day the the respect and courtesy shown by everyone including wearing blue ties in line with our Birmingham city football club theme. We are a big family and the funeral could not have been more perfect for Dave. Thank you

The team were very helpful and supportive in an obviously difficult time. They were respectful and took the time to explain and answer questions to help us understand and achieve the send off we wanted.

The whole experience was carried out with sensitivity,
efficiency and kindness. One approaches such an undertaking with a degree of anxiety but Sinead fulfilled all that one would hope for with such a welcome mix of professionalism and personalised attention. Much appreciation, thank you.

From the moment they picked our mom up from home they were very respectful, kind and considerate. The ladies especially Nancy looked after us in our time of need even when we couldn’t make decisions or kept changing our minds. She was very patient and always there when we needed her.
