We had a lot of rubble woods and other rubbish in our commercial unit which Cetral Junk helped us dispose. This company promptly responded and helped us make our space clear using their skip. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to use their service.

Very disappointed with the service. I had sent several photos of all the waste that needed to be collected to Central Junk however on the day of collection when the guy came to collect my waste he said he had only been sent one photo and therefore unable to collect all my waste that day. After phoning Central Junk I was told I will now be charged double? This was not acceptable as it was a miscommunication between Central Junk and who they subcontracted to.

As I had cheaper quotes elsewhere I asked for a refund for my deposit which I was required to pay upfront and was told it cannot be processed straight away but eventually will. I still haven't received this.

I requested a waste collection at 8.30 as the flat is above shops which tends to get very busy after 9 and even after several messages of please confirm the waste collection time they turned up at 12.20pm. Again failed to communicate that they work on a time slot 8.30-12.00. On Wats app confirmed 8.30am and I was waiting there for hours!

Needed to get rid of an old sofa after trying the cesspool that Facebook marketplace is and not having much luck. Found them via a Google search and honestly thought the prices were too good to be true. Booked it in anyway just to see what would transpire. This was 10pm the night before we wanted the sofa collected so I fully expected a phone call in the morning to say they couldn't do it on such short notice.

Well, egg on my face. Not only did they arrive to the do the job but I had 2 of the nicest and friendliest people turn up. Quick and efficient they had the sofa in the back of their van and off they went.

I needed a last minute booking, called Central junk....them came within a few hours, very efficient and professional, got the job done quickly and the price was reasonable....would strongly recommend them 👍🏽
