Parts arrived ok but I thought delivery price was excessive and also the box as same size as a cereal box but part would fit in a child’s hand

I placed my order at 11.00 yesterday
I placed my order at 11.00 yesterday , it was delivered at 12.00 today by Royal Mail and fitted by 12.30.Excellent service throughout ,thanks to all involved.

The item required was urgent
The item required was urgent, for an emergency. I was sent the wrong item. The correct item was supposed to be delivered 5 days later, apparently nobody was present to receive it (despite security camera proof that they were), now it’s being delivered another four days later.

A great team on the end of the phone, very helpful and even when i called back with a second order they were very helpful and even managed to get the delivery on one carriage which also saved us money, very pleased!
