Took my money but when i followed the link in the email it goes to a plain white page saying site not available.

already ordered items are not checked and can be ordered twice, which is incorrect for time-related cards .
i contacted the name provider who stated this would be an ingame problem , but i did not want to pay double for a seasonal card so blocked payment via bank.
Game provider did not answer for 2 weeks now.
My suscripton has been canceled due to this . now i plan to stop this game . No cooperation on eother side, though i asked for a roundtable of supervisors and developpers from each party involveded.
Instead of getting answers like this; we are sorry for your incnveniance ; we have forwarded the problem to the rsponsable branch . . . i get threatend with further legala actions . . . Manipulating didgiatlm accounts is a felony in my country , so if any legal action takes place , i shalll indict them ! Both of them !

Ich hatte ein Jahresabo abgeschlossen. Ein paar Tage später wurde das Abo einseitig gekündigt (ohne Begründung), aber mein Geld habe ich nie zurückbekommen. Sie haben behauptet, dass es an meiner Bank liegt und sie das Geld zurücküberwiesen hätten. Support war nicht besonders hilfreich. Nie wieder!

This company was and will always be a SCAM. Its parent company is known for running digital scams in several industries and their attempt to launch a payment institution is probably the worst they have done to date. DO NOT trust them with your details or money. You will regret it

I purchased a subscription by accident which I did not use. As I noticed € being withdrawn by centrobill, had no idea who this company was so I withdrew €46,92 after two days you ask me to repay €145,09. How is this possible? This is criminal.

I got an email that they canceled my subscribtion but they charged me 47.77$! I didnt know this and now i am over the paying date and dont know what to do

Beware of Scam. You register for one service. Suddenly you have 2 subscriptions on 2 different email adresses.
They charge money from you bank account without permission. Never give them your data

Today i was shocked that it is easy for a minor to make an account to look at payed porn. i found out that my son just turned 16 has an account and there was money going from its bank account, also i discoverd that there is going money for the service they provided.
Where can i stop this. Also it weird tha the dont have to validate with a creditcard that they are no minor.

Depuis le début de ce mois ils ne font que me tourner en rond à cause d'un payement que j'ai fais après la limite de temps. Ils sont trop lent ils prennent trop de temps pour répondre plus de 5 jours et ils ne veulent pas résoudre le problème.

I paid them 0.0260225 ETH as an intermediary, the payment didnt went through to the suscribed service and now they claim they didnt charge me although they received my money!

I have purchased a monthly subscription with an online provider for 9.99 a month. I never got an order confirmation and after trying to login to cancel my subscription the login wont work. They asked me for an order ID (which I never got), the date of purchase + sum (which doesnt work) and never sent me an Email with login information after requesting. After several attempts of contact the help desk which were not answered, be aware of this company. I would change my rating if you guys would coorperate but this seems really fishy.

Today I shared you my experience about centrobill.com .
It is worst website.
I purchased 1100 token from adult website in 90.80 EUR .I also received received payment receipt from centro bill. out of 1100 token now left 932 token but suddenly our xlivesex website suspended my token. i cant use them.
I sent so many emails xlivesex.com
customer but they not given me positive response. They also sent me to centrobill.com which is claim my account is unauthorized.

now 10 day completed but still no any responses frrom both side.

so i request you new user be alert from Centrobill.
it is a fraud site.

Hi, Not sure why i'm being charged double, if payment is rejected by my bank all that should happen is a request for payment etc no extra fine.

Its not my fault the bank saw it as fishy it happens

On five separate occasions while making purchases, CentrolBill withdrew money for my credit card and did not deposit it into my purchase account. After many times of attempting to clear the issue and after weeks of waiting for them to respond I was forced to move toward recovery.
They would not respond back using the various methods they advertise for communications. I was again forced to file fraud charges against them using the USA banking systems tools.
