Great service great help good agent got me what I want very friendly

Nethmi worked incredibly hard to find flights for me. When an issue arose with one of the airlines, she worked with the them to find a solution. She kept me updated on the issue and gave me choices when it could not be resolved. Her patience, humor, professionalism, and attitude were what earned the 5 stars for me. I don't know that CEOFlights were discounted more than what I could have gotten through other companies such as Expedia or directly through the airline. However, by using them, Nethmi found flight itinerary combinations I would not have found on my own.

Nancy was extremely nice accommodating and professional with adding a personal touch in working to find me tickets that suited my requirements and within my timeline and making me feel comfortable throughout the process

Nada did a fantastic job on a difficult job of finding solutions on travel for 4 persons. It was very complicated trying to work out and arrange all the air miles discounts. She also guided me through the process of getting all the money and forms completed to get the tickets. She stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process and she answered all of the multiple phone calls immediately. From the beginning to the end she was polite, knowledgeable and professional.

Great experience, Premium class for the price of Economy

Xavier Noah provided great assistance to my Asia travel. I may not have been a ‘usual’ customer as I was looking for reasonable business class airfares from SFO round trip to HK. Though I have made many similar trips over the years, never ‘on my nickel’ so I was perhaps ‘over-the-top’ with questions and clarifications regarding multiple dates / schedules / carriers / seating / total travel times / etc… but Xavier was patient and responsive, including researching and offering some ‘out-of-the-box’ options that other travelers may not have considered. I was reviewing other agency products but Xavier’s persistence was the main factor to work with your operation. Though the travel is in the near future, I am confident that Xavier will continue responsible and excellent service even though the trip has been paid for.

The service was quick, much patient was exercise and the price was very affordable.
