It saved my day! Had bruxism really bad, I needed to find a doctor near UWS, and this app/site found Amanda Park and got an appointment very quickly. Amanda was great! I even got a discount thanks to QR code I received from Certainly

Certainly health is a game changer before it would take me forever to find a place I trust with cosmetic procedures however using the Certainly Health app saved me time all I did was download the application and stated what I wanted and that’s exactly what the app Certainly Health provided not only did it give me reviews but also gave me a lot of options and instead of waiting weeks for a appointment I was able to secure a appointment as soon as possible with a amazing provider Vanessa is a RN and was amazing and only took a few mins she went through everything made me feel comfortable and got the job done thanks to Certainly Health will be using the app again for sure !

I got a discount using Certainly and was able to find a provider in my area easily!

Easy booking, helpful reminder/follow-up emails, and had a wonderful experience with the provider.

Certainly has proven to be a reliable and extremely helpful way for me to find aesthetic providers around NYC. I have used certainly 3 times. The pricing is transparent, the ease of use is great, and the reviews provided on the site are beneficial in choosing the right provider. The communication with Certainly is also seamless. They send reminders via email and text regarding appointments. I would recommend using this company to anyone I know.

I had a great experience using Certainly Health! I was looking for estimates on how much to expect to pay for masseter Botox and was quickly shown results for the nearest providers offering it. I was happy with what I saw and was able to book my appointment right on my phone. The platform made it super easy to compare options, and I really appreciated getting an upfront price per unit with no surprises. The whole process was smooth, fast, and hassle-free—I even checked out with Apple Pay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for transparent pricing and convenient booking!

Easy side by side comparison of providers in the area! The UI is very well done- hats off! The follow up engagement is also quite proactive, I tentatively suggest that calling the user while she is idling in the checkout page is maybe a bit much, but it’s clear that feedback and making the best customer experience possible is urgent to this startup!

I used Certainly for a botox appointment at FIDL and it was great. It was my first visit, so I just handed over my QR code and got a great discount! Not to mention, I would have never found FIDL had it not been for Certainly. The prices are already great, but I got even a better deal with Certainly.

Easy to use site, great features. Took me less then ten minutes to find the exact kind of provider that would be best for me, and to book.

Very straightforward, transparent, and with a good repertoire of reputable doctors. This site saved me a ton of time comparing prices and knowing which doctors to trust. Definitely will be using it in the future.

Certainly is an amazingggg website!! I can’t believe there aren’t more people using it!!!!! I spent over 3 weeks trying to find a reputable Botox provider (my first experience was terrible) and one day, I stumbled upon Certainly and was intrigued. I entered my preferences and not even a minute later, a whole LIST of trusted providers showed up on my phone! You know what the best part was? All the prices are listed too! I’m sure everyone knows.. with aesthetic treatments, they catfish you with pricing.. but not with Certainly!!! You pay exactly what is listed. I booked an appointment today with a provider via Certainly (the appointment was so easy to book btw) and was in and out in 30 mins! The best part was that Certainly connected me to a provider that I probably wouldn’t have found on a normal Google search because the med spa was a hidden gem! I can’t say enough good things about Certainly!!

Easy and seamless process I would not have found the lowest price without their help. Highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t know where to start in their search

Great company! Certainly Health provides exactly what's advertised. Makes it much easier to compare and book providers with confidence. Especially for people new to using derm services.

Super easy to book. All the information was accurate and the team provided great customer service! Love Certainly and will be using it again asap.

First and foremost, Kevin Chiu, from Certainly was extremely helpful with informing me with the top four physicians available for the treatments I was inquiring about. I choose Megan Caspare, NP of Made By MEGAN to do my facial treatments. Megan and I spoke on the phone multiple times, I got all my questions and concerns answered without hesitation. I had no problem traveling an hour to White Plains, NY from Morristown, NJ. The experience was educational, refreshing, comfortable and relaxing. Megan is a true patient first physician!
The entire experience beginning with Kevin from Certainly to Megans follow up calls on how I’m recovering proves my best interest is their main concern! Thank you to everyone involved!
Male 57….. now looking 45!🙌🏼

Certainly health made it easy for me to make sure I was paying the best rate for the services I needed. I felt confident that I wasn't being overcharged.

Super easy to use and loved that I could compare prices across several providers. The doctor I worked with was awesome and reasonably priced.

I've have had 2 appointments using Certainly so far for seeing an ENT and an allergist. The prices listed on the website are actually accurate! Also the booking process was seamless. I would use them again.
