I used NCLEX Bootcamp for a while during my prep, and what stood out to me the most was how structured everything was. The lessons were clear and goal-oriented, and they did a good job explaining why things happen instead of just throwing facts at you. It really helped me build a stronger foundation instead of just memorizing.

However, the subscription cost was definitely something I felt. It’s a solid program, just not the most budget-friendly, especially if you’re studying long-term or balancing other expenses.

Later on, I switched to Certshopnet to help manage costs. Their NCLEX materials turned out to be surprisingly practical — organized content, good coverage, and enough Qbank practice to reinforce concepts. It doesn’t have the same level of guided teaching as NCLEX Bootcamp, but for reviewing, drilling information, and staying consistent without overspending, it worked well for me.

The platform is user friendly and accessible from any types of gadgets. It’s also been a quick and painless transaction so it’s been highly recommended to anyone trying to be the best test taker.

This NCLEX study material is provided in PDF format and is compiled from various sources, including question banks and explanations. Having everything in PDF makes it convenient for those who prefer offline studying or need access across different devices.

The content is fairly diverse, offering exposure to a wide range of question types. Some sections closely follow the NCLEX exam structure, which can be helpful during preparation. However, since the material comes from multiple sources, the level of consistency in formatting and updates may vary. Learners may still need to supplement it with other study resources for a more comprehensive review.

I used Simple Nursing for about 2–3 months, and I have to say their content is really visual and easy to understand, especially the concept maps and how they break things down into simple mechanisms. If you’re someone who learns well through visuals and logical explanation like me, it’s honestly top-tier. The only downside is the price — it’s a bit on the expensive side, especially if you’re studying on a tight budget (which I was… literally eating instant noodles to save money :v).

After that, I looked for a more affordable supplement and came across Certshopnet. I used it as an alternative to help cut down costs. Their NCLEX materials are complete, well-organized, and also include Qbanks to reinforce what you’ve learned. To be fair, it doesn’t have the same “polished” or highly instructional feel as Simple Nursing, but for reviewing, reinforcing core content, and practicing, it’s very good for the price. I’d honestly rate it 4/5.
