The course was convenient to take on line, since I had not received my certificate of completion I called and Gladyze was very helpful and very friendly. She was able to assist me in a very professional manner. She was able to find my certificate even though I did not have my order number and emailed it to me while we were on the phone. She is a real asset to your company
