Failed to get renewal notification
Failed to get renewal notification. Was told it was sent, but search of my email history found no evidence of it. Consequently my insurance cover expired without me realising. Messages sent 2 days before expiry went to junk which I only check occasionally.
I was an angry customer when I phoned up, but the operative who helped me, called Innocent, did a very good job of sorting out my anger in resolving the issue and, with some help from his supervisor, got me insured again without loss of no claims discount. I should point out that my anger did not involve any shouting or abuse!!!!!! I was just very cross.

We're glad the representative and their supervisor were able to resolve the issue and reinstate your coverage without losing your no-claims discount. We'll review our notification process to prevent this from happening again.

Excellent customer service
After having a problem trying to renew my policy online I spoke to Brazo, one of the customer service team. Brazo was extremely helpful, patient and polite and managed to sort it all out for me.

Price was the major factor
Price was the major factor, the service regarding access to customer zone could have been better but that was not down to Brazo.
