Product was excellent, but let down by delivery.

The failure of the delivery company, Amazon, to follow the delivery instructions. I explicity asked that the package be delivered to a nominated neighbour and not left outside. They ignored this.

Suggest you use a reputable delivery company such as Royal Mail in future.

Fast delivery. Easy website to manoeuvre. Great choices for how you want your photos displayed. I got the filmstrip fridge magnets. Would buy again and recommend.

For puzzles, should give more time.

Using the online software to make the photo album was fun to do. There are a couple of cluncky things that could be smoother when trying to edit template layouts but it all turned out looking well. The quality of the finished product was good as well.

The software is comprehensive and take some time to get used to but what you can do with it is so good.
The quality of the lay flat binder and photographs are excellent and everyone mentions how good the photo books look.
I would recommend Cewe to everyone.

I was asked for some childhood photographs to be displayed at my brother's 70th birthday celebrations. I scanned some old photos and sent them to CEWE, who printed 7" x 5" copies and returned them in a few days. The quality could not have been better. Everyone was delighted. Full marks for CEWE!

After a difficult start *see my first review. This got better. I eventually got hold of customer services (at least they have a number) and Amelie/Amelia was brilliant. So helpful. She would get 5 stars. Let down by some of the tech - editing ability of photos was impossible (just their size) and size of font. Otherwise she was great. And the resulting photo album really good. Would like to be able to address tech above and also be able to remove blank pages that aren’t needed. Thanks Amelia

Photos from your phone are revealed in far better quality than you see on the screen. The book builder app is intuitive and fun, just takes a short time to get used to using it. Have started using it for all our big holidays. Makes a great gift.

It was easy to put the book together but unfortunately I never saw the finished book as it was a gift for someone but they love it.
