I can honestly say I have never been so livid in my life. Absolutely no customer service. I waited two years for them to release the Z10-4. did not want all the accessories, but the dealer talked me into them. All was installed but the roof windshield & scoop. Finally got the call, it was in & sent my father to pick up. The next day, I started to install & it's missing a bracket. Called the dealer; they said they had one, so I paid for the bracket & two-day shipping. Received the bracket & it was wrong. Called again, they had the correct one. Again, paid for the bracket & two-day shipping. It was wrong again. Called customer care 1-888-823-6686, explained to the lady the problem & was told to call the dealer. I explained again that the dealer is not helping me. I just spent 30-some thousand on this machine. Can I please get someone to help me? She pretty much told me she can't help me & she can't get me to someone or a # that can. She pretty much told me eff-u we can't help you, sorry about your luck. I have never in my life been so disrespected. I snapped & she hung up on me. I was literally shaking when she hung up. I still have no part & a small fortune in shipping fees & no faith in this company. STAY AWAY!!!
