Bad Price Slippage

I trade through a portfolio manager in which his trades are copied to my account. A bad price slippage happened , he requested a meeting about this, but his request was not met. Several messages were sent to one of the officials, but they were not answered. They avoided taking responsibility. The worst broker ever (I do not recommend them). I lost all my money

Additionally, we have no record of any formal meeting requests or escalations regarding this matter that were left unaddressed; we made sure all issues were responded to in a timely manner. We also want to highlight that while trading via a portfolio manager or through copy trading can be a convenient approach, the outcomes are ultimately tied to the portfolio manager's decisions and strategies.
