The absolute worst shopping experience…
The absolute worst shopping experience I have ever had. I am waiting for the order to arrive for 2 months!!! And still waiting. Support team are so incompetent... they can't even include proper info on the status of the order, giving you the wrong status, wrong shipping number, lying about actions like one day they are telling that they have already send the oder, in couple of days they are telling that they just have sent it today. I really hope that the product itself worth it, because if not the entire company is so f*cked up.

I love the glasses. I love how I can change the color to match my outfits and how I can still use the glasses inside as they are not dark lenses.

CHAMELO GIVES AWFUL SERVICE
The service from Chamelo is apalling!!!! They are very quick to respond to emails but the responses tell you NOTHING! I ordered my glasses on 11 March 2026 and I am still waiting to receive them. Supposedly they used USPS and once the item ALLEGEDLY arrived at Johannesburg, South Africa NOTHING! They say that the glasses are probably still at Customs. Seeing as they supposedly arrived on 26 April it is highly UNLIKELY that it is a Customs issue as I have received absolutely ZERO notification and it is now 11 May 26. Chamelo advised that this is out of their control!! What a load of nonsense as there is still a RESPONSIBILITY by Chamelo to ensure that the client receives their item especially as it was paid for on 11 March 26!!!!!!!!! I have asked many many many times for a Manager's name and contact number but Chamelo support just ignores this - bloody awful service.
Great customer service
I had an issue with my glasses and the customer service was excellent, they resolved my problem in a timely fashion, I love the glasses but most of all I love that Chamelo stands by their product 100 percent

Horrible Customer Service, Still no product
I ordered the Knicks Sun Glasses 9 days ago and they still have not shipped!
I've reached out via email just to get the same response "delay in shipping, blah blah blah".
$240 for a pair of sunglasses and their customer service and order processing are HORRIBLE!!! People dont order Knicks Sun glasses to wear them in October!
Before you place an order with this company, be prepared to get charged immediately and wait forever to see if they'll even send you the product.
I love that that the diffirent colors…
I love that that the diffirent colors also have different tint levels so there's something for every time of day and outfit. I also wanted to give a shoutout to the support team who were very responsive which was hugely appreciated.

The Chamelo team has amazing customer support and after-sales care. They genuinely care about their customers, and it really shows in the way they handle everything. I truly appreciate the support they provide. I also love the sunglasses — the built-in speakers are surprisingly clear and make my runs much more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

I got the Zurix after 2 months of shipping...
It's light weight and sleeky.
Honestly the 4 different shades do not have much difference. I was expecting more transitions.

Overall great
Overall great, the product is amazing. Only downside is, that it took quite a lot of time, for them to shipp it, still the customer support was fast to answer and very understaning. I am very happy with the overall expirience. It took around 3 weeks to receive them since the purchase, which I think is just right amount of time.

Delivery is a disaster

Why keep advertising for the product sales for profit and cannot keep up with the delivery to customers?
What Chamelo really wanting to create an image, a positive or negative impression to All?
There will be other competitors catching up by then we will switch. Sad.

I ordered my sunglasses on express…
I ordered my sunglasses on express delivery (3-4 days) and therefore paid extra about 40€. One week later they are not even shipped and customer service does not reply to any messages. Feels a bit like scam, I wonder if they will ever arrive

Közel egy hónapja várok a szemüvegre, “nincs készleten”. Közben kaptam ígéretet, hogy válasszak másikat, megtörtént de azóta sem küldik, sőt, kaptam különbözet kifizetésére számlát. Nem hogy kompenzáció nincs, még az ígéret beváltása is vicc egyelőre! Kérném a tulajdonosok közvetlenül keressenek fel, mert ez így nagyon nem tetszik! Máshol is elkölthettem volna a szemüveg árát, eddig ez hatalmas csalódás!!!
I am very dissatisfied with the costumer service
I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. I ordered a pair of cycling glasses, and nowhere on the website was it mentioned that the item was out of stock or unavailable. Payment was processed immediately, and the shipment was supposed to take place within a few days.
Then, out of nowhere, I received an email saying the delivery would be delayed, with absolutely no indication of how long the delay would be. I contacted customer service, only to receive another vague and generic response… Lots of words, but no concrete information.
At this point, it is completely unclear whether the glasses will even be shipped at all. Very disappointing experience.
