Long overdue review! Myself and my partner brought our first home in 2023. We were incredibly niave on what to do but Ben was brilliant. He never made us feel stupid for not knowing what to do or knowing what things ment. Ben was thorough, Patient and constantly professional. We had a few hiccups in the process and Ben without any hesitation sorted them for us. He did all the hard work for us and was super efficient. Kept in contact all the way through. Would 1000% recommend.

Ben was incredibly helpful throughout the entire mortgage process. Professional, patient, and thorough in explaining every detail, making sure I understood all my options. Always available to answer my questions and went the extra mile. You might think you don't need this service, so used are we to doing everything ourselves nowadays, but this was the best money we spent on our move. Ben handled all the forms, liaised with the bank and solicitors...great stuff!

I was first signposted to my Broker, Ben at Chamelo, by a good friend who spoke very highly of the service.
As a first time buyer I knew next to nothing of the house buying process and Ben was great at explaining it all and supporting each and every step of the way.
