Kilt arrived as advertised. Workmanship looks to be excellent, stitching, seams and pleats all are great.
Total time from order to arrival at door was 2.5 months. Product origin is Pakistan so time required for made to order garment and off shore origin is reasonable? Fits well but ordered during heat of July, now its mid October in Canada so I will have to toughen up to wear it this year! Would recommend and buy again.

The Boots I bought are just what I wanted perfect solution for dress and outdoor occasions like party, Renaissance fair or Formal dress attire.

On 09/01/2022 I had placed an order for the Tweed formal package to wear to my son's wedding on 09/17. Knowing I was under some serious time restraints I opted for the 7-10 day delivery (this does not mean you receive your order in 7-10 days, very misleading. it should read 7-10 day delivery after we finish producing) which was an additional $50. Eventually I receive my package on 09/15 after sending emails voicing concern. I attempted to try on the outfit but could not.... due to the fact every measurement was off by six inches, the kilt looked like a freaking mini skirt!!!

Now it is 09/16 the day before my son's wedding leaving me 24 hours to find a suit that will fit (not an easy task taking into account current events), while still communicating with Champion Kilts regarding my order. Even with pictures showing the product they produced was nowhere near the measurements provided, their email replies were very contradictory one apologetic the next it was produced to measurements provided. Eventually they agree to refund, but I have to provide tracking number... wait WHAT?! I have to pay international shipping on a package to get a refund on a product you produced incorrectly?! So... $110 later, the cost to ship to PAKISTAN where the product is produced (even though website states company is out of the U.K.) I did get my refund at loss, which is the only redeeming fact that would rate them the one star rating.

Great product, great service ! Good quality fabric, Fits exactly my needs (and measures ;-) ) Promptly received a few days after ordering. I'll order there for my next needs without hesitation.

The kilt is of good quality and craftsmanship. I will buy my next kilt from Champion Kilts as well! Delivery was a few weeks from placing the order but it arrived within a decent time period. All in all a good experience. I will recommend them

I purchased what you presented for sale as a BROWN leather sporran. The sporran is very unprofessionally colored with a red stain. Looks horrible. Not what I was expecting whatsoever.

The ordered goods arrived on time on August 28, 2022 and the product is of good quality. The problem started when I asked for an exchange for a larger size immediately after trying the item on August 29, 2022. The first reply to this request of mine did not come until 21 days later on 1 September 2022. The reply was written in incorrect and unintelligible English with grammatical errors. The words in the text of the reply were misspelled and distorted with missing letters. I replied to this email promptly on the following day, 2 September 2022. In it, I recapitulated in my own words the content of the previous reply and asked for confirmation that I had correctly understood the offer of an exchange solution. I urged a reply to this email on 5 September and again on 11 September 2022. From 2 September until today I have not received a reply to my emails .

Wrong item shipped. Kilt wasn't the length I ordered. Company won't return my emails. I just want a refund due to customer support not understanding English and what I'm saying.

Just give me a refund.

The store looks good and everything. You can ask questions in a form on the web page and get somewhat useful information back.
I ordered two socks and a Sporran in early April and the order status stayed in Working for more than a month. When I contacted the shop it was going to be sent "tomorrow" (right).
So it was sent in late May and it is still in transit with the "Hazif Courier Services", where the Trackick ID says that it is stuck in customs in the Netherlands where it has been for two weeks. Did they put anything else in the package than the socks and sporran.
I had meant to use the items at a wedding party, but that party has come and gone too. Had to by another Sporran in other shop instead.
So actually I can't say anything about any of their products - I haven't got any. But the "order to the door" is horrible.

UPDATE:
I got my parsel today after almost 10 weeks. I opened it and it contained a pair of small lady size boxing gloves in red leather. What the actuall ... ?
I can't ever make this up!
