Sent a incomplete Jacket which had no likeness which They show on their Website , The only reason I got a refund is that I used Paypal to Purchase the Jacket , this how good the Jacket is They (Chamussy-Melbourne) don,t even want it back ....

This company is a HUGE SCAM. Do not buy from them. The clothes are very poor quality - not at all what you see in the images.
If you want a refund because the clothes do not fit - and they won't - you have to send them to CHINA at a huge cost.
They use AI to make you think they are legit.

Glad they're closing, don't be fooled, the pictures provided of clothing leads you believing you are buying good quality linen and you then receive polyester spandex. The images are totally erroneous and clothing is rubbish. I bought the Beatrice dog print and when I compared what I received with the images, it was clearly a con. Brodie

There is no physical address for this so called closing down shop. The photo is no such place. The items like so many other shoe and clothing online stores who all say they are closing are not. They are just stores run out of China. The goods are sent from China and are just very cheap junky copies of the photos of the item you think you are ordering. These stores need to be stopped. They are scams. The items are so badly made you can’t wear them. If you return them it costs you a fortune as you have to send it back to China. These all look the same ads and have similar stories. Beware and don’t order from them. Help stop these rogues.

This company is a scam, not a small boutique in Melbourne that is closing down. A company operating out of China sell absolute rubbish. Quality of clothing is less than poor. No labels, tags or care instructions stitched into the clothing. FAQ state free returns within Australia, not the case you have to pay to send back to China. Company's like this should be shut down

The sizes were wrong and the fabric was unpleasant. I feel like I was scammed

Unfortunately, the dress I ordered in 2 colours is of a poorer quality than expected. It does not hang and drape as it looks in the image, and the fit is too neat. I would like to find out how to return but there are no instructions in the bag and no receipt.

You have had my order for so long BUT havent sent it yet !!! What is the problem ?

The white three quarter pants I ordered looked nothing like the photo online. The material was very poor quality and you could see straight through it. The cut and design was so bad that they looked like long baggy underwear. Even if they were $2 I would never buy them. I will NEVER wear them. They belong in the bin. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
