I've been trying the watch the Tour De France highlights on Channel 5 but the lengthy inane adverts make it unwatchable. When will they launch a payment option to remove these. Thirteen adverts at some breaks, please it's just so poor.

Poor user experience. have taken the uk rights to tour de france and have no live coverage or highlights show available

Where the eff are the Tour de France highlights?
TDF is not even mentioned anywhere on the app.

1 star is to much blurred picture no way is it HD quality as usual we are being mugged off in this country for our tv, if I had my way I would shut this channel down we are plagued with advertising of which there are to many and there streaming service is crap with you guessed it to many adverts.

Attempted to watch Blue Bloods s12e1. All outside scenes were showing halos of poor quality video around each character. Seemed everything was out of focus. Some of the interior scenes were better, but definitely not up to broadcast quality.

channel5 login will not work but reading other comments I think that might be a good thing, go to activate and if asks you to login or register so put in details and just refuses to go any further saying object unknown even my app stopped login in so officially given up, absolute joke channel5

While streaming s 4 part series during the annoying ad break near the end of programme, having watched the ads ihad message there was a problem and I had to restart programme.... this is way too regular and extremely frustrating.... def my least favourite streaming service.... by a mile.

Shocking amount of adverts,. Can be as many as 13 in the breaks.

More adverts than the programme if you were to take the adverts away the 1 hour programme would be half an hour it puts you off watching anything on 5 and freezes alot to

I spend more time turning it off and on than watching anything. It freezes every couple of minutes. So frustrating. Im not going to bother anymore. I will stick to my Amazon prime.

Is this now My5? I forgot about it but been really enjoying some of the documentaries on it recently. I was the watching Richard Madley Inside the World's Mega Prison, super disciplined and strict maxine security prison and also Brontes Britain with Gyles Brandreth, very interesting! Good watches!

Channel 5 app is absolutely rubbish. The qr code goes to cartoons scam website.

Sort out the app . Nothing loads you cannot watch anything as it doesn’t load . I do not watch anything because it’s frustrating and annoying !!

Just an abysmally unprofessional and outdated media platform. Presenters are superficial, clueless, and shockingly ignorant about Boston geography and its institutions.

Some good shows, but my 5 app is ridiculous with ads. Literally can’t watch anything. Pathetic

This is by far the worst streaming app Ive ever had the misfortune to use I will never you it again until they sort it.
Subtitles go off after every very very long advert break it keeps crashing do not use

When watching live, which I try not to, due to the ads, the ads are the same time and time again.... when streaming the experience is dire as there are so many ads, which keep repeating. If there was an option to pay for ad free it would be acceptable as there is some good dramas on channel 5 but for some reason, this is not an option available. I have emailed channel 5 asking for their reason but as yet have no answer. I watch a lot of TV and find this channel very frustrating.
