Total scam. I ordered shorts in January and is now mid March and still no sign of them. Tracking (if real) says arrived in UK distribution centre mid February.

Agreed, I had a similar experience as others - do not use this company! Ordered crystal candles on 5 December - finally arrived 19 January. Photo and description looked good but product certainly isn't. Appears to be just painted resin - not a crystal in sight!

Do NOT use this company! I ordered a crystal candle ' the best Christmas present ' for my daughter on the 2nd December, it arrived yesterday 16th January!
It doesn't resemble the item in the advert, it's very cheap and nasty looking and I'm very disappointed, not even going to embarrass my daughter by giving it as a present.
Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering it!
I advise you not to order from them , I wish I hadn't!

Terrible from the start. Took nearly 2 months to get here. And the product looked cheap and terrible

Do not buy from this company totally scammed me ordered from them on 24th December it’s now 12 January have sent them about a dozen emails since item was supposed to be with carrier on 24december in Lincoln which is 35. Minutes from my town asked for money back they said to late to cancel emailed again got no reply totally disgusting with them DO NOT Buy

I ordered an Advent Calendar in mid November it arrived on the 23 of December. The size was deceptive as it was depicted much bigger in the ad.
Offered me £3 compensation. Awful communication too.

I would give this company zero stars if I could.
I ordered an advent calendar on 11th November 2025 and on 21st December it had still not arrived, despite e-mails of complaint. I was advised it was in transit, yet the tracking dates were all 2-3 weeks out of date.
This is a terrible company who scams you out of your money. Don’t risk it.

Ordered a wall calendar, it had spelling mistakes and a date error.
When contacted about this, received replies from a bot I suspect offering £3 compensation for a £17 spend. When I contacted again to explain again that the calendar was an intended gift, the only reply received was that they had check with their warehouse and the correct item was delivered,
No acknowledgement of the fault or offer of return and full refund I had requested as it was not fit for the purpose sold. Still trying to speak to a human.
