This is my first car and the experience could not have been better. Dan was friendly and professional and explained and described everything perfectly, Dan also had all the answers to every question we asked. He allowed us plenty of time to look around the car and make a final decision. 5/5 all round.

I came to look around 6 weeks ago. Dan showed me around the different vehicles and I settled on the Jaecoo 7. He took the time to go through different finance options with various deposits and mileage allowances. I ordered the car and it came 6 weeks later as promised. Very happy with the car and the service provided by Chapelhouse. I will definitely return for my next vehicle.

Prior to purchase, test drive arranged at my convenience. Very impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of Dan Gargan the sales advisor. Very efficient service.

Purchaed an MG 4 weeks ago, they agreed to put on the 12 months MOT.
On collection this wasn’t done and the key fob was broken, I was assured by Ray that an MOT would get booked and the key replaced.
I have called every week to get this sorted and still nothing done, happy to take your money but that’s it.

Dan was brilliant today when we collected our new Jaecoo from Chapelhouse. From start to finish he was friendly, professional and really easy to deal with. He kept us updated, explained everything clearly, and made the handover smooth and stress-free.
The car was presented perfectly and Dan took the time to go through the key features and paperwork without rushing us. Really great service all round, would happily recommend Dan and Chapelhouse to anyone picking up a new car.

Bunch of jokers and lairs. I called and booked an appointment next day to test drive 2 cars. I arrived. The lady i spoke to confirmed my appointment with Josh . When I arrived. No ones knows what the hivk is going on. Josh denies knowledge of me coming to text drive 2 cars. Also he was so rude. I spoke to another guy he says the car is not available. In 2 minutes cars arrived to show it to another coustomer.
You GUYS ARE JOKE and LAIR .
Avoid dealing with this people especially Josh biggest lair
