The company did not pick up my returned shoes and sent the package back to me. They were unwilling to cooperate. I would never buy shoes from them again.

Both thumbs up!
I live in the US, and have bought several pair of shoes from Chaplinshoes, generally ones hard to find here, or where prices in Europe are simply better. Service is excellent, shipping immediate and reasonable. Never a sour note in my experience.

I still have not received my parcel.
Chaplinshoes dealt with my order efficiently and within a day my parcel was in the Netherlands post office.
From there it took a month for my order to be delivered.
I am giving Chalipshoes full credit since the time the delivery took was not their fault.
Very pleased that my order eventually arrived intact and the product is perfect :)

Ondeugdelijke laarzen toegestuurd…
Ondeugdelijke laarzen toegestuurd gekregen.

Great selection and prompt delivery
Great selection of footwear, especially Birkenstocks in a style I was unable to find elsewhere online in Ireland. Prompt delivery to my door-no issues
