Another fantastic experience with Charles & Dean Finance!

A huge thank you to Jack Phillips, who once again went above and beyond to help us secure another vehicle. Jack was brilliant throughout the whole process – professional, knowledgeable, persistent and always available whenever we had a question or needed reassurance. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he worked incredibly hard to get everything over the line for us.

Having worked with Jack before, we already had confidence in him, and once again he delivered. We genuinely appreciate all the effort he put in and will definitely be coming back to him for any future vehicles or refinancing.

I'd also like to give a special mention to Gracie Davidson for all her help and assistance with the documentation and final stages of the finance. She kept us updated and made sure everything was organised and submitted smoothly for payout.

Wouldn’t use again, they sorted me a high end car, I reported to them within 7 days the car was leaking from the room, I was wet through, I reported the window wouldn’t stay up, they said to take it back so I did. The garage had the car for a few months. I had it back again still leaking and more faults. They had the car back again for a year. I have done nothing but complain all the way and asked for my money back. The car now needs a new engine at £36k. Charles and dean don’t want to know. They didn’t help me, as soon as they had my money I got fobbed off. I reported it straight away and they should have helped me get my money back. I waited and waited for a response, for help, for a call. Nothing. Wouldn’t use again and don’t recommend very sad and a lot of money out of pocket

The communication was excellent, and the process was so quick.

I very rarely leave reviews due to my busy lifestyle of running a business, working a full time job and raising a little boy but I genuinely feel the need to share what an excellent service Olivia and the team gave me. The initial quotes for my new car were sent over very quickly and they helped me through everything step by step. Nothing was too much work for them and they made the experience seamless, easy and pleasant. I will 100% be returning in the future and also recommending any friends/family.

I’ve used Charles & Dean on a couple of occasions, Tim has been absolutely fantastic in finding us the correct finance.
I never felt pushed into anything and he was straight up front all the way, he answered any of my questions (there was plenty of them) as honest as he could.

3rd time of using you, that should tell a story!
The team were great acted quickly got everything in place forms sent out and returned, slight hiccup, but we still got to drawdown on time so our new Wheelchair accessible vehicle can be delivered Monday so we can carry on taking the people of Swale out and about when they’re confined to a wheelchair. A much needed service that just isn’t supplied by taxi services locally!
