I ordered a watch the box turned up empty wouldn't recommend

SCAM! Do not buy from this company.
This company is a scam. The website says it’s based in Wyoming. The address is actually for a virtual office and the contact telephone number is not operational. This company appears to be in China and NOT the USA. The pants I ordered are a good 5 inches shorter than their sizing chart states for their size and they look nothing like the pants in the photograph online. They refuse to let me return them, as they say they are the size I ordered, It appears to be bots responding to complaints or requests for a shipping label, as I get the same response over and over. They refuse to “approve” return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. It’s clearly not what is represented on its website.

This company has horrible unfair return policy. Do not order from them. Everyone knows when we order clothing online sometimes it doesn’t fit even thought the size chart indicates it will. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and they didnt fit - now this company won’t allow a return and no refund. It’s very wrong.

If I could give zero stars I would. Checked the return policy before I ordered. Requested a return of ill fitting, bad quality “sweatpant jeans.” They requested pictures, which I sent. Then proceeded to tell me they won’t accept the return stating “our size chart is available on the website to help customers check the exact measurements and choose the best fit.” pants are bad quality and don’t fit properly. DO NOT ORDER!!

Before buying any clothing I always check the return policy because it is hard to get exact fit without possible exchange size or. One times return. Not only was the fit awkward, the quality and wash was poor. After sending request for return and waiting for response, they asked for photos of merchandise and after back and forth and several weeks I received a response that I could not return or exchange my item. So frustrating. Seems like a total SCAM😩don’t waste your money!!

I ordered two pairs of pants that were featured on tik Tok. I made sure to look at their return policy before purchasing and it said you could return them. When they arrived, they were ill fitting, the front was so low on them. I had to keep emailing them because they were ignoring my emails then after going back and forth 5 times and taking pictures of my pants, they said I could not return them.

If no stars were a review I would pick that. Awful company. They do not value their own return policy. I didn’t even receive an email for the first pair I ordered. They look nothing like the photos online and have an elastic waistband super super cheap and crap quality. Do not buy warning you will not get your money back.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I purchased sweat pant jeans and they were not AT ALL as they described. Said they were "sweatpants" but they are denim material. They also admitted they actually were not "sweatpant" material (even though they are sold as sweatpants, when I asked for a refund. They requested me to send pictures, which I did right away, as they were not worn and in the exact shape they arrived in, and then they said we cannot take them back?! They did not fit and it said they would refund and they decided not to! Horrible experience.

Terrible product and they don’t allow returns as they say you received what you ordered. They are nothing like what they advertise.

HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered the “sweatpant jeans” and what I got in the mail looks absolutely nothing like what is pictured. They won’t allow a return and say what I received matched the advertisement. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t get scammed by this company. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely horrible company!!!! Do not buy!!! They wouldn’t return the jeans even with a 30 day return policy. They are a FRAUD!

Buyer beware. I ordered two pairs of jeans (they're not sweatpant jeans) and they didn't fit. Per their return policy I emailed them to let them know they didn't fit and that I'd like to return them. They straight up said no, that the pants matched the size chart so they won't accept the return. The return policy didn't indicate anything regarding fit. I ended up going to my credit card to dispute the charges for not following their own return policy.

Not as pictured- fabric is not sweatpant material. Scratchy and ugly! They are not adhering to return policy and want pictures of the pants which no legitimate company requires. I’m filing a dispute with credit card company.

Horrible. They don't adhere to their return policy. I've had to dispute this with my credit card company. The sweatpant jeans look like 3rd rate mom jeans. Refuse to issue me a return label. I requested one the day I got the crummy product.

I believe this company to be fraudulent. They did send a product, but it is not the product as pictured. They offer free returns, but when I asked for a return on my unworn jeans, they said they would not honor the return. They have refused to give me a refund.

Minus 10! Worst pair of jeans ever ordered in my 50+ years. Total lies on fabric, return /exchange policy and horrible customer service. Not even close to a sweatpants jean as advertised. Nor are the pictured jeans even close to what you get. Companies who just scam ppl like this should be shut down.

Terrible - NOT jean sweatpants! Just cheap horrible jeans. I requested a refund within a week. (Unworn, tags on, original packaging) They asked for pictures. Told me, "Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund or cancellation based solely on appearance. However, we truly appreciate your feedback and will share it with our team to improve our product descriptions and images for greater clarity."
Isn't that the whole point of a return policy? After 2 denials, they stopped responding entirely and I've opened a dispute with my credit card and Shopify.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD do not buy from this company. Received a pair of jeans that were not as described in ad, these are NOT sweatpants. It took them 2 weeks to ship out and when I received them that day I reached out for a refund. They asked for pictures and then told me I couldn’t return them just because I didn’t like the fit or the way looked. This is a scam company DO NOT BUY.

The jeans I ordered were not like a sweat pant and they did not fit. I read the return policy before I purchased and did not realize that the wording was not clear and they do not except returns even though it sounds like they do. Please do not order from this company because you will be unsatisfied with customer service because they only pretend to care and they will not help you. They will not even offer you a different size to try and fix the situation.

I placed an order with Charlie's Bellucci on 3/7/25 for two pairs of large wide sweatpants jeans. I received my order on 3/21/25. Unfortunately, when I tried them on, they didn’t fit. I requested a return, well within the 30-day window specified in their return policy. After submitting my refund request, it took them a week to respond and they asked for pictures. The items were still in their original packaging, untouched.
However, my return request was denied because they claimed I had ordered the correct size. This is not how a reputable company should handle business. Their return policy is vague and doesn’t specify what conditions would be accepted for a return. I’m leaving this review to warn others: don’t waste your time ordering from this company. I wanted to support a small business, but clearly, they don’t know how to run one.
