I really do not want to give even one star to this scam company. Like many others I saw their lovely website, supposed to be a business based in Bristol but it is run in China by crooks. I ordered what seemed to be a lovely jumper allegedly reduced from £76 to £35 for Black Friday sale. After several weeks and after having been given many excuses I requested a refund but have not received a reply. The item arrived today and the quality is so poor I would not put it in a charity shop. It is going straight into recycling. I am furious at myself for not reading these reviews first.

Ordered a coat over 4 weeks ago. Absolutely nothing. Thought it was odd when I didn’t receive an email stating my order was placed but happily took my money from my bank. Thought it would be fine as the company is English all so it looked. 3 lovely women posing in front of a shop only to discover this company trades from china. Do they reply…NO, have I received my order… NO, will I ever get a refund or my order… I very very much doubt it… will be seeing how I can take this further with the website and it’s false advertising and seeing if I can get this site closed down for falsely advertising itself and not replying or shipping orders correctly !! Absolutely disgusting

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I cancelled the item i had ordered almost immediately after ordering but despite numerous emails to the company regarding this they still sent the item out.

Total scam. Just wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Now trying to claim a refund via my bank. No confirmation email for order, literally took the money and ran! No sign of jumper, no reply to any emails. AVOID!

The classic Emma coat at £59.95 (seen it now on many other sites at £39.95) arrived, looks nothing it is portrayed on there website. Flat cheap printed material not textured as on website, pattern doesn't match up on any of the seems! An absolute waste of money on a piece of cheap, shoddy crap - don't touch the site.

Poor quality, poorly sized. Not at all worth the price. Tried to return but no response.Suspect scam. Do not use. Wish I'd seen these reviews first.

Do not use this company. Product delayed and delayed. No answer to emails except to say it was “on its way”….asked for a refund but no reply. I’ve given up - lost my money, Scam Scam?

Like many other people who posted reviews, I have ordered a coat which has not been delivered yet nearly three weeks after I placed the order. Emails requesting information are completely ignored and there is no other way to contact them.
Do not do business with this company who give the impression falsely that they are uk based but they are not!
Update: December 15th and still no delivery. The carrier is Yodel who have promised delivery for every one of the last five days. Charlotte Bristol, a rubbish company that uses a rubbish carrier despite the fact we were told delivery by Royal Mail!

Ordered a coat from the website. Received an email saying they are checking quality on 26th November. Still no delivery as of 4th December. Absolute refusal to respond to my emails. Will be asking my bank to retrieve the money. Seems a scam to me.

I ordered from this shop thinking I was ordering from a English site I did all the checks it took nearly 3 weeks to come when it did come it was from china and the quality of the material is rubbish I have just wasted my money do not buy from this site

This company advertises that it is UK based with a lovely shop front. Sadly this company ships it's products from China. Very badly made. As previously mentioned getting a full refund is nearly impossible. I eventually received 75% after much negotiating. Lesson learnt I will check reviews before ordering next time.

Overpaid for an item and absolutely no response from company. No telephone number. Very suspect operation.

They are devious in their advertising, their website appears to be from the UK but it is based in China. Products are very poor quality and are man made not cashmere.

I read with incredulity the 5 star reviews. I think it must be a different company. In the spirit of Xmas I wonder whether any of the these 5 star reviewers could give me the return address for this company so others also suffering bad service can get their refunds speedily ? I tried for over a month with no success!

This company are a disgrace. Do not buy from them. I bought 2 pairs of
Boots which do not fit. Their website states 30 days return but they are making impossible for me to return and get a refund.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them!!!!

Ordered via Facebook and like others I thought it was a UK company.
I ordered this jumper 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing,despite several emails.
I suppose one day it might arrive.

Paid for a pair of boots I have been emaili g for nearly a month The tracking number supplied was not royal mail as advised ,I asked for a refund and have been ignored please do not fall for this website they do not exist

I wish I had read the reviews. I am experiencing the same situation as others.
Goods arrived after a long wait- very poor quality. Am asking for refund details with no success so far.
I was taken in by photos of so called proprietors and stylish garments. Stay away from yet another false front.

I ordered the "Angelina" jumper on behalf of my wife, through an ad on Facebook. The photograph looked lovely and it purported to come from a Bristol based company, with a picture of their shop on the website. What arrived, from China, was nothing like the quality item in the advert. It's cheap and poorly finished, 95% Polyester, which has bobbled instantly.

Placed an order via an ad on Facebook from what purports to be a Bristol UK owned business which started with a shop in Bristol (photo on website confirms) and which has 'moved online following the pandemic'.
Just received an email with tracking details for my order - it is coming from China. I feel scammed.
