Such a lovely shopping experience

I bought a couple of tops recently and the fabric feels surprisingly soft and well made on the body. Dropped an email to customer support about sizing and the girls were ever so helpful and sweet. Dispatch was speedy and the package came properly taped up so everything inside was totally intact.

Please Avoid!

Purchased a dress for £55. Size was wrong (there end not mine) material flimsy

They refunded 1 pence and will no longer reply to emails

you're right, and we're not going to dress this up: a 1 pence refund instead of your £55, followed by silence, is unacceptable. We're sorry.

Really impressed with my order

Picked up a pair of shoes and they are genuinely so comfortable to walk in without rubbing at all. The team sorted my delivery query in minutes and the box arrived in pristine condition with no dents.
