a good skin care regime is vital for me, I have been going to Charmelle for several months now for facials by Kelsey & honestly she’s amazing at what she does and it’s worth every penny! Can’t wait to be back in there post lockdown! Hope all you girls are ok in these times :)

I’ve had a couple bum lift sessions now and wow! The results are amazing. Kelsey was so pleasant and me feel so comfortable. She was such a lovely lady. 100% would recommend. X

I have suffered with acne for many years and therefore I am always apprehensive when trying out a new salon and different treatments. However, I was so impressed with the results after my first facial with Kelsey. I went in with horrible bright red spots, and came out with my skin feeling fresh, my pores declogged, and the redness considerably reduced. My skin continued to improve days later. I look forward to my next appointment :)

Heard about Charmelle London through my friend who suggested I try them out as I was feeling really self conscious about my acne scars. Went in to try the Micro-Needling facial and after one session I’m amazed at the results already! My skin has such a nice glow to it and looks plumper. I have now booked on a course of treatments to work on fading the scars but it looks better just after one session I’m so happy😊 I had Kelsey was very knowledgable and professional and helped ease my nerves as I was nervous about the needles. The salon was so clean and had such a nice atmosphere. Can’t wait to see you next month ladies x

I have been self-conscious of my knees now for a long time as I have fat that is built up around that area and so I often avoid anything knee length and above even when on holiday. I heard about a fat dissolving treatment at Charmelle London Aesthetics and so I thought I would try at least one round of treatment. I genuinely cannot believe the results from even just the first session. My fat has noticeably reduced and is very even around my knee area. Treatment was quick and painless. Charmelle was knowledgeable, managed my expectations and took time to understand my desired look. I will be going forward with more sessions for sure. Thank you

Extremely painful procedure and zero colour pay off.
Feel the process damaged my lips as they have become a lot more creased and appear darker.
The recovery was a lot worse than advised. Swelled at least 4 times in size and remained that way for days.
From second opinions from other aesthetians I have been told the procedure should not be that intense and long as it was.
Overworking the lips is counteractive and the body basically rejected the treatment as it went into recovery mode.
I think the guy was skilled and a perfectionist however this maybe be a disadvantdage as continued pressure over 3 hours caused trauma and reduced the effectiveness.
I have been very understanding and expressed concerns to the salon but no real resolution.
Apprehensive to go in for a top up as this procedure is extremely painful, it has made no difference and the damaged caused is worrying. I am respectful the guy is knowledgeable about his craft but i do not feel the salon has assured me in any way my suggestions will be considered in regards to proceding with how I would like the treatment. Nor any refund of any amount offered to go elsewhere for the treatment.
Will continue to monitor for any change however its well past the recommend 2 weeks.

My third visit and I had tear through filler done this time. No issues, no bruising and the result is great as always. Really enjoy going here as I trust Charmelle.

Great service so happy with my results

I absolutely love the way Charmelle dose my lips, I’ve had it done elsewhere and I was satisfied however after a visit to Charmelle’s clinic a year ago I would not have anyone else touch my lips.

I now live in Dubai but made sure I had my appointment ready for me when I touched down in London for my Christmas visit back home.

Charmelle is such a lovely women that genuinely cares and clearly loves her work and is amazing at what she dose.

Very professional. A previous aesthetician had messed up my lips and I decided to go to see Charmelle after reading good reviews and looking at her work pictures.
I was very nervous about what could be done to improve my lips instead of dissolving them. Charmelle explained in great detail all my options. And I'm pleased to say improved my lips massively... I can't thank her enough and I will definitely be going back 💋

Avoid at all cost. Absolute waste of money. The lady that did my microblading shaved off half my eyebrow without my permission. I spent days crying. The shape was awful. The lengths did not match after correcting her several times before she started.

I’ve also noticed that this company are using pictures that do not belong to them on their Instagram page which is false advertising.

Once I’m back on my feet after this devastating experience. I will be posting my experience on all my social media platforms.

Update: My appointment was 30th October 4pm with Levi. Sending an email about your poor service will not bring back my eyebrows.

I was long sceptical about fillers. A woman at work talked me round and I gave it a shot.

Results were really good - very happy with my more sculpted jawline.

Charmelle put me right at ease when I was there and she really listened and understood what I wanted.
