this could have been a better experience in my opinion if the customer service would have improved. they could have enticed me to buy more

I have reached out to their customer service team 4 times about damaged product with NO response. I work for a luxury retailer that prides itself on customer service and this is EXTREMELY unacceptable. The jewelry box was beautiful but the dividers in the top part started coming unglued. I've even sent pictures with no response. Very upset about the poor customer service.

I ordered a jewelry box on 7/20/17. I paid $80 for 3 day expedited shipping. The site says they ship usually on the first day of order confirmation. Today is 7/26/17 and I have not received any confirmation of shipment, tracking number, and certainly not the jewelry box I ordered. I have reached out to Chasing Treasure several times by phone and email with no response. Needless to say I am quite disappointed with my first experience with Chasing Treasure. Coming from customer service, I understand the complications of retail, but also know the importance of communication and customer resolve. Again....not....happy...

I ordered a jewelry box almost 4 months ago and I still have yet to receive it. And to top it off, they took my money, knowing that they haven't shipped it. After numerous calls and messages she finally tells me the box comes from a California dealer and that they haven't sent it yet. That's not my problem or a good excuse!

They should rename their company Cheating Treasures!!!

The web sight was easy. Shopping and buying was easy. Shipping super easy. Even received package earlier than excepted. Woo Hoo, And then unwrapped it and found that the inside of the top of the jewelry box was scratched badly I didn't feel like re-boxing it up and deal with the shipping, I can't even figure out how it got like that. Anyway I used a cover-up pen and finished putting it together. Loved everything but that, sorry for the two stars. Kim Miles 2-18-16

i purchased a 7 drawer Jewelry Armoire-Cherry for 369.95. It was completely broken and top was damaged. I called got an email address no response tried to call again left message no response?

I ordered a jewelry box for my wife about 10 business days before Christmas. I called to make sure it would arrive. I left a voice-mail and they called back about an hour later.
We discussed my purchase and the lady was so helpful. She put my mind are ease immediately. The box arrived and it is exquisite. My wife loves it!
