An absolute game-changer for AI tools!I've been using Chatex for a while now, and it has completely transformed my daily workflow. Having access to multiple top-tier AI models, document analysis, and web search in one single interface is incredibly convenient. The user interface is clean, fast, and very intuitive. Preying on people thinking it's…

Preying on people thinking it's chatGPT. My mother was unknowingly subscribed for 5 months before realizing, and once visiting the site, was convinced that it was ChatGPT, so she was about to brush it off.
Thankfully I witnessed this and we canceled it, but this is very predatory.

Chatex is an independent service that provides access to AI models from several providers, including OpenAI's GPT models. We are not ChatGPT or affiliated with OpenAI, and this is stated throughout the site, including on every model label, in the chat screen, and in our Terms.

We can confirm the subscription has been cancelled and no further charges will be made. If you have any other questions, our support team is available in the app.

Hi Jay, thanks for the feedback.

Chatex never charges without authorization. Every paid plan is started by the account holder at checkout, where the price, the billing schedule, and the auto-renewal are shown before payment, and the same terms are in our Terms of Service and on the pricing page. The $29.99 charge is the standard monthly renewal that follows the paid trial unless the plan is cancelled first, and we're sorry if that step was missed.

We requested your account details through Trustpilot on September 11 so we could look into this, but the request expired without a response. If you would like us to check the charge, please contact our support team in the app with the email on your account.

I signed up for the free trial but I realised this was not what I needed and it couldn’t help me but I didn’t notice that it would automatically charge me after the free trial although in retrospect the email did warn me. However when I contacted the chat to ask for a reversal, it was sorted out in about 30sec with no issues.

Sehr gut hat mir Ihre Bearbeitung der Rückerstattung gefallen, das ging echt schnell.
