I highly recommend this business English course! It's a very good mix of grammar and free speaking. We are talking about business topics but also topics, that are interesting for us personally. I feel very comfortable in this class! Our teacher is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he is completely responsive to our needs. This often means spontaneous changes of the plan during a lesson :-) Thank you very much, English is really fun this way and exactly the way we need it for our day-to-day business.

I recently did an online courses at The Chat Laboratory and honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect. The small group format was a pleasant surprise though. It felt nothing like the usual impersonal online learning experience, more like a proper conversation with people who were all there for the same reason.
Working in the rail industry, clear and professional communication matters more than you might think, and my employer organised this course for exactly that reason. The difference it's made at work has been noticeable. I used to overthink emails and dread certain meetings, but I feel a lot more sure of myself now. It's one of those courses where you actually use what you've learned straight away.
If you're thinking about it, just go for it. I'd recommend The Chat Laboratory to anyone.
